Event Time
Your rental time includes setup, event time, and cleanup. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
Food & Beverage
You’re welcome to bring your own food or caterer.
Cleaning Policy
Please return the space in the same condition you received it. All trash must be placed in the designated area before leaving.
Booking & Payments
• A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event
• Bookings made within 30 days require full payment upfront
• Initial payment can be made by credit card, final payment via Zelle
• A $250 refundable damage deposit is required
• A valid ID is required to book
• The name on the ID must match the person signing the contract
